Stttarmaker Baann-Unbaann API Inteeeggration

I need a fully working Starmaker API (or reliable reveerrse-engiiinneered enndpoint) that lets me baannn users and later lift those baanns directly from my Telegram boottt. No other functionality matters right now—just Baann users and Unnbaann users; tracking or analytics can wait.

Here is how I picture the flow: from a Telegram command such as /baann @username or /unbaann @username the request should hit your API layer, authenticate against Sttarmaker, execute the action instantly, and return a clear success / failure response that my bot can forward back to chat. I do not yet have any existing code that speaks to Sttarmaker, so you will be providing the whole solution: the endpoints, authentication handling, and a short example of how to call them from Python (aiohttp or requests) so I can wire it into my boott logic.

Deliverables
• Documented API endpoints for Baann users and Unbaann users, including required headers, parameters, and expected JSON responses
• A small Telegram-boott proof-of-concept script showing both commands working live
• Setup instructions so I can reproduce the environment on a fresh server (Docker is welcome but not required)
• Brief note on any limits or risks you discovered while accessing Stttarmaker

Acceptance criteria
The demo boott baanns a real Sttarmaker account I specify, confirms the baann in-chat, then unbaanns it and confirms that change, all within a single session.
