Society Management Web & Mobile

Job ID: 40337194

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I’m putting together a complete society-management solution for housing communities in Maharashtra and want the web portal, resident app, and security-guard interface built at the same time. Email-and-password login will be the only authentication flow, and the heart of the project is a QR-code visitor module that lets a visitor register once and be recognised at any society that adopts the platform.

Scope in a nutshell
The system must store a flat/wing hierarchy, owner and tenant records, and digital documents for each unit. Every month it should auto-generate maintenance invoices with user-defined charge heads (service, sinking fund, etc.), allow UPI payments, and post everything straight into ledgers so balance sheet, income-expense, and unit-wise statements are always ready to download.

On the security side, guards need a fast interface to scan the QR, flag the resident for approval, and issue an exit pass when the visit ends. Residents, meanwhile, can pay dues, approve visitors, read notices, and raise complaints from the mobile app.

Key expectations
• Web portal (committee, accountant, super-admin views)
• Native-like mobile apps for residents (Android & iOS) developed alongside the web build, not after it
• Lightweight guard app/screen that works on a tablet at the gate
• Central database that powers the reusable visitor registry across societies
• Clean source code, API documentation, and a short hand-over guide ready for internal IT to continue future modules

Acceptance will be based on:
– QR scan-to-approval cycle under two seconds on a standard 4G connection
– Accurate monthly invoice run with at least three custom heads and auto-posting to ledgers
– Successful UPI payment reflected in resident ledger in real time
– Deployment on our test server plus walkthrough of the codebase

If this matches your expertise in full-stack web plus mobile delivery, let’s discuss timelines and the milestones you suggest for an end-to-end rollout.
