Social Networking App With Link-Sharing

I want to turn the form now sitting at https://myproduct.co.il/reshut-harabim/submit.php into a fully-functioning social-networking application whose heart is Content sharing. Every user will be able to publish, browse and discuss Links and articles. User profiles or an internal messaging system might be added later, yet for this phase the spotlight stays on a smooth link-and-article workflow: submission, rich-preview generation, feed display, reactions and basic moderation.

Here is what I need from you:

• Design and develop a cross-platform mobile app (React Native, Flutter or similar) that connects to a lightweight, scalable back-end.
• Build the API layer and database needed to store user accounts, submissions, comments and reactions.
• Migrate—or replicate—the current PHP form logic so existing data continues to live inside the new ecosystem.
• Deliver clean, well-documented source code plus deployment guides so I can spin up staging and production environments without guesswork.
• Final hand-off includes a signed APK/IPA or TestFlight build, along with a short video walkthrough proving that a fresh user can sign up, post a link, see it appear in the feed and edit or delete it.
