SmarterMail-OnlyOffice Task Integration
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run SmarterMail Business Email Server on a Windows server and rely on OnlyOffice for collaboration. I now need these two platforms talking to each other so that tasks created or updated in one environment instantly reflect in the other, complete with live progress-percentage tracking.
Scope
• Build or configure the connector that maps SmarterMail tasks to OnlyOffice tasks.
• Ensure two-way task tracking and status updates remain in sync in real time (or near-real-time polling if APIs require).
• Include support for the Progress percentage field so team members can see how far along a task is from either interface.
Environment & Tools
SmarterMail runs on Windows Server 2019 with IIS and SQL back-end. OnlyOffice is the latest Community Server edition. You are free to use REST hooks, PowerShell, C#, .NET, or any officially supported SDK—just keep the solution maintainable and well-documented.
