Skilled Developer for High Speed Low Latency Stock Screener Creation Using API's and all US Market Stocks

Looking for someone who has experience making stock screeners. We will be using quotemedia.com API's. Stock screener will need to pull a list of all the current US Stocks, create a list of all the stocks, pull the data for price, volume, relative volume (daily), relative volume 5 minute percentage, gap percentage, change from close percentage and short interest which is all data that can be obtained through quotemedia.com and if needed can be manipulated to give these values. Stock screener will have a low latency checking for updates ever second. Stock screener will also have the option to click on one of the stocks tickers and open up the news that's relevant for that specific stock which will be provided by Quotemedia's API as well.
