Simple Website With WhatsApp API

Hi,

I'm looking for a developer to build a simple website with WhatsApp API integration.

**Project Requirements:**

* Create a registration page with only:

* Full Name
* Mobile Number
* When a user clicks the **Register** button:

* Save the user's details in the database.
* Automatically trigger a WhatsApp template message to the registered mobile number using the WhatsApp Business API.
* The message should be sent automatically from the backend without requiring the user to open WhatsApp manually.
* Build an Admin Panel where I can:

* Update the WhatsApp API Access Token.
* Update the Phone Number ID.
* Configure the Template Name and Language.
* View all registered users.
* API credentials should be editable from the Admin Panel without modifying the source code.
* The website should be fully responsive, secure, and well-structured.
* Please provide the complete source code with documentation.
