I want to run every key process in my Shopify stores through a single, intelligent command center built completely from scratch. I have no legacy AI to migrate, so you are free to design the architecture you believe will scale. The hub must plug straight into my existing stack—CRM, email-marketing platforms, and all payment gateways—so day-to-day data can flow in and out without manual exports or duplicate entry.
Here is what I need to walk away with:
• A cloud-based architecture plan that explains the tech choices and shows how Shopify, my CRM, email tools, and payment providers connect.
• The core automation layer (models, APIs, or low-code flows) that handles data ingestion, decision making, and task execution.
• A clean dashboard where I can trigger or monitor automations, surface analytics, and adjust rules without touching code.
• End-to-end testing plus concise hand-off documentation so I can expand the system later.
I’m comfortable iterating in milestones, but the first milestone must leave me with a working proof of concept live against my production store.
