Shopify App for Streamlined Returns
Budget: $10 – $100 CAD
build a lightweight Shopify app (or embedded form) that plugs straight into Shopify Admin and lets my wholesale customers create return requests without ever entering an order ID.
Key workflow
• The form surfaces our product directory only. Customers can search or autocomplete by SKU, product name, or barcode, select an item, and enter the quantity they want to return.
• Required fields: product SKU / name, barcode, quantity, customer email, and basic customer contact info. No order-ID check—unverified returns are allowed.
• When the request is submitted, the app should create an RMA record linked to the customer profile so I can manually issue store credit from the admin panel later.
• An internal dashboard or simple list in Shopify Admin should let me view, filter, and update return statuses.
Preferred stack & guidelines
• Use Shopify App Bridge / Polaris for a native look inside Admin.
• Keep install and set-up frictionless—single-click install from a private app is fine.
• Code must be well-documented so I can maintain field labels and email templates myself.

1. Fully functional Shopify app or embedded form packaged for my store.
2. Admin-side view to track RMAs and mark credits issued.
3. Source code and clear installation instructions.
4. Brief hand-off call or walkthrough video.
