Service Review Collection API

I need a lightweight, subscription-ready API that can automatically pull in service reviews from Google and expose just two data points per review: the review text and its star rating. All other metadata can stay out of scope for now. We may expand later to Yelp and Facebook, so designing the data layer with future providers in mind will be appreciated.
