Secure Online Banking Platform

I need a seasoned developer or small team to build a fully-featured online banking platform with security at its core. The application must let users open and manage accounts, transfer funds, and track their transaction history through an intuitive web interface while exposing the same capabilities through well-documented RESTful APIs.

Security is the primary driver for this project. I expect OAuth2 for delegated access, JWT for session management, rigorous input validation, and database queries tuned to prevent leaks or timing attacks. The back-end should be engineered for easy integration with future front-end upgrades and select third-party services.
