** Summary Overview:
I am interested in developing a data-driven assessment and reporting platform that integrates:
= Automated website data extraction (crawler/automation) and analysis
= Structured survey and evidence upload modules
= A secure portal for clients and analysts
= Real-time dashboards and downloadable PDF reports
The project will roll out in four defined phases (Portal → Crawler → Survey → Analytics) or (Portal → Survey → Crawler → Analytics). We’re looking for skilled developers or small teams to deliver the MVP in 30 days, with the option for ongoing collaboration post-pilot.
**Phased Scope:
*Phase 1 – Core Portal
Goal: Create a unified portal for clients, analysts, and administrators.
Key requirements:
Secure login & role-based access.
Client onboarding and profile setup.
API Gateway for data ingestion (crawler + survey).
Dashboard for overall and category-level scores.
PDF report generator (ReportLab/jsPDF).
Improvement tracker with re-score option.
Preferred Stack (You may suggest otherwise): Next.js / React, Node.js or Python (FastAPI), PostgreSQL, AWS/Vercel.
*Phase 2 – Crawler & Automation
Goal: Automate data collection from public websites.
Key requirements:
Use or extend Apify, Zyte, Siteimprove, or Scrapy/Playwright.
Extract documents, metadata, accessibility info, timestamps.
Support bilingual (English/Arabic) sites.
Export structured JSON/CSV to the scoring engine.
*Phase 3 – Survey Module
Goal: Collect structured client inputs and documents.
Key requirements:
Web form (Typeform, Qualtrics, or custom React).
Secure document uploads (PDF, Word, Excel).
Multilingual support.
API/CSV export to portal.
Encrypted evidence vault & access control.
*Phase 4 – Analytics & Reports
Goal: Deliver dashboards and downloadable reports.
Key requirements:
Interactive BI dashboards (PowerBI, Metabase, or embedded).
Sector/peer benchmarking views.
Executive PDF reports with visuals & recommendations.
Data export via API/download.
