## Tech Development – Gardener Booking Platform (MVP)

### Project Overview

We are building a service platform for customers to book gardeners for plant care services (watering, maintenance, etc.).

Currently:

* Customer interaction via WhatsApp chatbot
* Data managed in Google Sheets
* Manual gardener assignment

We are now scaling to **1000+ monthly bookings** and need a simple, efficient tech system.

* View & manage all bookings
* Assign gardeners
* Track status (Pending / Assigned / Completed)
* Manage customer & gardener data
* Basic reporting (daily bookings, completed jobs)

* Capture booking data from WhatsApp (API/webhook integration)
* Store customer details (name, address, service, date)

* Add/manage gardeners
* Manual job assignment

* Job completed
