I need an AI-driven platform that keeps every door-to-door sales lead on track without forcing managers to hover over reps. The core of the build is rock-solid lead tracking and follow-up enforcement: once a prospect is logged, the system must automatically nudge the assigned rep until the next action is taken or the deal is closed.

Key workflow
• A rep enters or imports a new lead.
• Behind the scenes, an AI scheduler sets the ideal touch-point cadence.
• Email and SMS reminders fire exactly when the cadence says they should—no skipped calls, no forgotten demos.
• If a reminder is ignored, the platform escalates until the lead moves forward or is flagged for managerial attention.

Essential capabilities
• Smart, rule-based or ML-enhanced logic that decides reminder timing.
• Email and SMS integration out of the box; webhook flexibility for future channels is a plus.
• Simple deal timeline view so reps can see what’s coming next.
• Manager dashboard that highlights overdue actions and patterns of non-compliance.

Deliverables
1. A working web application (React, Vue, or similar front end; Node, Django, or comparable back end) deployed to a cloud environment I can access.
2. REST or GraphQL API documentation for lead, reminder, and escalation endpoints.
3. Setup guide and hand-off session so I can maintain the system.

Acceptance criteria
• Every new lead triggers at least one automated email and one SMS within the defined schedule.
• Ignored reminders escalate within the timeframe I specify and appear in the manager dashboard.
• Unit and integration tests cover the reminder engine and escalation logic.
