Salary Advance Fintech App

I’m building a simple-to-use platform that lets employees tap into a fixed percentage of their earned salary before payday, then spend those funds immediately by bank transfer, virtual card, or physical card. On payday the advance is recovered automatically, and each user can choose whether that happens through payroll deduction or a direct-debit pull from their bank account.

What I need is the full product flow—mobile apps (iOS and Android preferred), a lightweight web portal for HR/payroll admins, and a secure backend that handles:

• real-time earnings calculations to cap advances at the set percentage
• KYC, risk checks, and anti-fraud controls
• orchestration of payouts (API access to local bank transfer rails plus card-issuing and processing partners)
• repayment logic that supports both payroll file integrations and direct-debit mandates
• a clear audit trail and dashboard for users and employers
