SailPoint & Delinea Integration Expert

I am running two parallel identity-security initiatives and want to bring in a single senior engineer who can own both streams from design through production rollout.

Project A – SailPoint IdentityIQ
I need to introduce several new capabilities into an existing IdentityIQ deployment that already handles NHI accounts:
• Build out advanced access-management enhancements (policy models, approval workflows, risk scoring).
• Integrate IdentityIQ with key downstream systems—directory services, HR feed, ticketing tool, and a custom REST-based application.
Your work should be delivered as clean, reusable rule/connector code, fully unit-tested in the sandbox and accompanied by migration docs so we can promote it through QA to prod without surprises.

Project B – Delinea Secret Server Cloud & Suite
The environment is live but still basic. I want you to push it to an enterprise-grade state by:
• Leveraging the public and REST APIs to automate vault operations and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• On-boarding all remaining databases (SQL, Oracle, Postgres) and hardening connection strings.
• Implementing and validating SSH key rotation for *nix fleets.
• Troubleshooting any connectivity issues that surface along the way and documenting the fixes.

For both projects you will collaborate directly with my internal IAM team, commit regularly to our Git repo, and join weekly check-ins to demo progress. Success is a frictionless promotion to production with zero breakage and clear runbooks that let my ops staff support the solution going forward.
