Sage 30 API Integration

Job ID: 40314158

Budget: €12 – €18 EUR

I need a developer who is already comfortable drilling into Sage 30’s internals to surface a clean, reliable API that lets external systems pull and push data without touching the Sage UI. The goal is a custom application layer that handles full data-synchronisation for three core datasets—customer, inventory, and sales—so the outside world always sees the same truth Sage does.

Here’s what matters most to me:

• A real-time (or near real-time) sync mechanism that keeps customer, inventory, and sales tables aligned both ways.
• Clear, well-documented endpoints—REST/JSON is fine, but I’m open to SOAP or direct database calls if that’s what Sage 30 prefers internally.
• Robust authentication (token or OAuth) so I can decide exactly who can touch which records.
• Error logging and retry logic so a dropped connection never quietly loses data.

Deliverables
1. Source code for the middleware / connector.
2. API documentation (endpoint list, sample requests & responses, authentication flow).
3. A short hand-off session or video walkthrough so my team can deploy and extend the connector confidently.

Once the sync is running smoothly and passes a round-trip test on all three datasets, the project is complete. If you’ve wrestled with the Sage SDK or written custom integrations before, let’s talk.
