AI SaaS WhatsApp Survey Platform

I need a full-stack, browser-based SaaS platform that allows my client companies to handle every stage of their customer-engagement cycle from one place. The same interface must let them:

• Send and schedule mass communications through the WhatsApp Business API, complete with opt-in/opt-out handling.
• Import survey response databases in .CSV or .XLSX format, automatically clean and normalise the fields, and map contacts to WhatsApp numbers.
• Build fully customisable surveys (question types, logic jumps, branding) and distribute them instantly via WhatsApp or sharable links.
• Render results in real time through interactive dashboards—filters, cross-tabs, export to PDF/Excel—so managers can drill down without extra tooling.
• Query their own data in plain language through a lightweight AI assistant (OpenAI, Bard, or similar) that returns charts, key metrics, and narrative insights.

All modules must work together seamlessly; no separate log-ins or fragmented UIs. A multi-tenant architecture with role-based permissions, Stripe-ready subscription tiers, and usage analytics sits underneath.

Acceptance criteria
1. Production-ready web app (React or Vue + Node, Django, or comparable stack) deployed to AWS, GCP, or Azure.
2. WhatsApp bulk-send throughput demonstrably meeting Meta rate limits.
3. Data import pipeline that flags and corrects common formatting issues automatically.
4. Survey builder covering single-choice, multi-choice, rating, NPS, and open text questions, plus skip logic.
5. AI assistant answering aggregation queries (“show churn by region”, “compare NPS this month vs last”) in under 10 seconds.
6. Clean, responsive UI and concise developer documentation.
