B2B SaaS Credit Risk Assessment Tool
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am building a B2B SaaS product for Indian SMEs that works on top of existing ERP systems (such as Tally) and provides simple credit risk judgement for buyers and vendors.
The product is not a chatbot and not a generic AI assistant. It is a focused decision-support tool designed to help business owners make better credit and dispatch decisions at the right time.
The MVP will do three main things:
1. Fetch outstanding balance and basic invoice information from ERP (read-only integration).
2. Allow tracking of payment commitments (manually added or via WhatsApp integration).
3. Generate a simple rule-based judgement signal (SAFE / WATCH / RISK) based on payment behaviour and commitment history.
The system will be WhatsApp-first, with a lightweight web dashboard for viewing buyer profiles, risk signals, and upcoming commitments.
The judgement engine will be rule-based in the MVP stage (no heavy AI or machine learning required). The focus is on clean architecture, scalable backend design, and reliable ERP and WhatsApp integration.
