I need a complete multi-level referral platform built from the ground up. The site must present a professional, corporate look—clean typography, confident colors, and a dashboard-style layout that inspires trust.

Core features
• Secure user registration and login with email verification and password recovery
• Tiered referral tracking that records who invited whom at every level
• Automated earnings calculation, real-time wallet display, and scheduled payout processing

User hierarchy
Admin controls everything (plans, payout rules, member management, reports).
Affiliates recruit and monitor down-lines.
Standard users simply join, share their link, and watch balances grow.

Tech stack is flexible as long as it delivers fast page loads, solid security, and an admin panel that a non-technical person can run. Responsive design is a must so the experience stays consistent on mobile and desktop.

Acceptance criteria
1. I can log in as Admin, create a plan, and see it instantly available to new sign-ups.
2. A test user registers through an affiliate link, and both wallets update accurately according to the plan.
3. The payout module exports a CSV and marks entries as paid once processed.
4. Pages pass a basic security audit (SQL injection, XSS, CSRF).

Hand-off should include full source code, database schema, brief setup guide, and one live demo session so I can verify everything runs as promised.
