QR Redirect to governmental Verification page

I already have an app that creates PDFs as a copy of governmental system and embed a QR that currently points back to my own domain. What I now need is modify on my app , once scanned, to land users on the official GOSI (gosi.org.sa) verification page and show the identical document so they can download the same PDF directly from the government site.
I have zero API or documentation from GOSI, so the task involves analysing the network traffic, headers, tokens, and any hidden form data the verification page expects, then replicating that logic in a small service or script I can host. The job is finished when:
• Scanning the QR opens the GOSI verification page (not a proxy or iframe) with the correct parameters automatically filled.
• The page immediately displays the matching record and offers the “Download PDF” option for that file.
• The solution works on mobile and desktop without requiring the visitor to log in.
• You provide clear, reusable source code (Python, Node, or similar), a brief setup guide, and notes on any endpoints or tokens used so I can maintain the flow.
