Reddit Analytics Dashboard Development

Job ID: 40329652

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m putting together an internal tool that pulls Reddit data and turns it into a clean, interactive dashboard. The focus is on three pillars: post performance metrics (upvotes, comments, awards, CTR), signals of overall user engagement, and wider subreddit-level activity trends. I don’t need second-by-second tracking; a once-a-day refresh is perfect, as long as it runs automatically.

The ideal flow looks like this: the script/API call fetches data, stores it in a lightweight database or flat files, and the dashboard layer (Tableau, Power BI, Superset, or even a custom React front end—open to whichever you prefer) visualises everything in one place. Filters for date range, subreddit, or post author should be available so I can drill down quickly.

Key deliverables
• A working data-collection script using Reddit’s API (PRAW, Pushshift, or similar)
• Scheduled daily update job (cron, Airflow, GitHub Actions—your choice)
• An interactive dashboard with clear charts, KPIs, and drill-downs covering the three analytics areas
• Simple deployment/read-me so I can run or host it myself

If you’ve built social media analytics or BI dashboards before, this should be a straightforward project. Let me know which stack you’d lean toward and any similar work you’ve done; I’m ready to get started.
