Recharge & Bill Pay API
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m launching a white-label panel that allows end-users and resellers to recharge phones, pay DTH subscriptions, and settle utility bills through a single, well-documented API. A working demo of a similar recharge website or app is essential before we proceed, so please have one ready to share.
The panel must:
• Support Mobile recharge, DTH recharge and Utility bill payments end-to-end.
• Integrate directly with mobile network providers, DTH service providers and utility service providers via secure API or XML/JSON feeds.
Beyond those core requirements I’m flexible on the tech stack—PHP + MySQL, Node/Mongo, Django, or any robust alternative—so long as performance, security and scalability are demonstrated.
Expected deliverables:
1. Web-based admin panel with role management, commission controls, transaction history and real-time reporting.
2. REST/JSON API endpoints (authentication, balance check, recharge/bill submission, status query, webhook notifications).
3. Complete provider integration modules with retry, refund and status reconciliation logic.
4. End-user front end (web and/or Android) matching the demo you supply, branded to my logo and colours.
5. Deployment scripts, source code, database schema and developer documentation.
The project is considered done when I can run a live transaction against each provider category in my own server environment without errors. If your existing solution already handles the three service types listed above, let’s talk and plan the custom branding and roll-out timeline.
