Recharge App Development

I want to develop a Recharge and DTH mobile application where users can add money to their wallet, perform mobile and DTH top-ups, and earn commission for each recharge.

The system should automatically split commissions between the user and the admin.
Admin will have full control through a dashboard to manage users, wallets, commissions, and transactions.

The app should be secure, fast, and user-friendly, suitable for daily use in India (especially Tamil Nadu).
