REST API CONNECTION WOOCOMMERCE- WAREHOUSE SOFTWARE

i work for the company GEARXPro Sports ( https://gearxpro-sports.com/), we are searching for a programmer that could help us to connect our 3 software warehouses to our woocommerce store via REST API. We have a plugin that manage the order routing and should send the order to the right software through rest api and i need someone able to set up this woocommerce/software connection.
