Quick PHP API Automation Fixes

I already have a working PHP script that talks to an external API, but a few pieces still require manual intervention. I want to spend about two focused hours tightening things up so the whole workflow runs end-to-end without me touching it.

The current codebase is clean, runs on PHP 7.4 and sits on a typical cpanel. Your job is to drop in my system
