Python TWS Automated Order Placement Script

I am looking for a specialist who can help me with the following:
Setting up IB Gateway to run on a remote server (VPS).
Setting up TWS API (ib_insync) for automated order placement.
Configuring a process manager (e.g., Supervisor) for stable 24/7 operation.
And additionally — writing and implementing a trading script based on the strategy I will provide.
At this stage, I just need to confirm: would you be able to set up this system and develop the trading script according to my strategy, or could you recommend someone who can do this work?
