Python Algo for Dhan Intraday
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I already run a set of intraday setups on Dhan, and I’m ready to move the entire workflow from semi-manual execution into a fully automated Python algorithm. Because time-sensitive fills and capital protection sit at the core of my approach, I need someone who has previously shipped production-grade code for Indian brokers—ideally Dhan itself—so you can hit the ground running and show a live or recorded proof of your past work.
The job centres on translating my entry, exit and position-sizing logic into clean, well-documented Python that plugs straight into the official Dhan API and WebSocket streams. Real-time data monitoring must remain rock-solid, with latency low enough to maintain the edge on fast-moving intraday names. Built-in risk management is non-negotiable (hard stops, daily loss caps, max position exposure), and a couple of custom technical indicators form part of the signal stack.
Deliverables
• End-to-end Python script or modular package connecting to Dhan’s REST and streaming endpoints
• Parameter file or UI where I can tweak indicator values, quantity, and risk limits without touching the code
• Logging and alert system (console + optional Telegram/Slack) so I can audit every order and error in real time
• Read-me style documentation covering setup, dependencies, and how to extend the strategy
• Short screen-share or video demo of the algo running in a paper or live environment to confirm everything works before final hand-off
Acceptance Criteria
The bot must place, modify and square off orders exactly as per the logic, respect all risk checks, and run for a full trading day without crashing or missing data ticks on a standard VPS.
If you can showcase earlier Dhan or Zerodha builds, share a snippet or quick demo link when you apply—this will move your proposal straight to the top of the pile.
