Prototype Web App with Database - 15/03/2026 03:54 EDT

We are a small startup working towards a goal
what we need is a web app with the following -
2 static pages
2 pages connected to a database where it reads data from the database
adding a radar chart to one page
adding a filter to filter out data on one page
2 pages with a questionnaire (one short one long, questions provided, need to process one short 30-45 second video and around 3 pdf's for the long questionnaire)
3 instances of payment processing (likely a stripe integration, also need to email a pdf with the receipt with one payment integration)
maybe a simple user login
total 6 pages (2 static, 4 dynamic with some functionality)
Monetization and reporting are part of the prototype. I need three separate payment touchpoints wired up through Stripe. After one of those payments a PDF report must be included and emailed automatically to the payer. For the other 2, a simple email receipt should be sent.
User authentication isn’t a hard requirement right now; if adding a basic email/password login is quick I’m open to including it it should also show a payment history, otherwise we can leave access open for this MVP.
Primary objectives are data collection and user engagement, so clean, maintainable code and a straightforward deployment process matter more than pixel-perfect styling.
I’m flexible on tech choices and timeline but prefer react, postgresql / supabase. Tell me how you’d approach the build, which libraries or frameworks you’d lean on, and the milestones you’d suggest so we can lock in scope and move forward.
