Programming Handheld Scanners for Attendance Tracking
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have two handheld scanners: a Zebra DS6878-DL20007WR and a Symcode MJ-6706DA. I need both devices to be programmed to scan driver's licenses and extract the following information into a spreadsheet:
- Last Name
- First Name
- Driver's ID
Additionally, the system should automatically add a date and time stamp for each entry. Each scan should populate the appropriate columns on the next row. The solution will be used to track participant attendance for lectures, with a new spreadsheet generated for each session. A sample spreadsheet is available to map the fields correctly.
