Prestashop 8.2 Product Import Module Development

We are looking for a skilled developer who can create a product import module for Prestashop 8.2, based on a provided API.
Module requirements:
User-friendly UI for data import and validation.
Ability to apply margin % based on price ranges:
1–10 EUR
11–20 EUR
21–30 EUR
31–40 EUR
41–50 EUR
51–60 EUR
61–150 EUR
Ability to apply margin % per selected manufacturer.
Option to select a category from XML feed and import products into a chosen Prestashop category.
Products must be imported following the provided API documentation.
Ability to manage multiple suppliers:
add suppliers with XML (URL) feeds,
upload CSV or XML files manually.
From the UI, possibility to trigger manual product updates.
Ability to set up a cron job for automated updates, which:
updates only stock quantities and cost prices,
does not overwrite other product attributes (title, description, etc.).
Error handling & logging system.
Future scalability (possibility to add more suppliers and conditions).
Technologies: Prestashop 8.2, preferably PHP with Symfony framework. For UI, Bootstrap / Vue / React can be used (depending on module architecture).
