PioneerRx Real - Time Analytics Dashboard

I need a production-ready analytics portal that pulls live data from the PioneerRx API and instantly highlights three things: reimbursement issues by payer and claim, overall pharmacy volume performance, and each NDC’s performance measured against the FDA Orange Book list of interchangeable generics. The goal is to see, at a glance, where revenue is leaking and which substitutions could raise margins across every location we operate.

You’ll be connecting directly to PioneerRx’s endpoints, shaping the data for real-time refresh, and presenting it in a clean, interactive dashboard (Power BI, Tableau, or a comparable web stack—whichever you can set up for secure multi-site access). Cross-referencing the live feed with the Orange Book is critical for accurate GCN grouping, so your data model must accommodate those mappings and update without manual intervention.

Because this needs to roll out to several stores under one portal, I also expect:
• A scalable architecture that supports location-level filtering while maintaining a consolidated corporate view.
• User roles so pharmacists, managers, and owners each see only what they need.
• Clear documentation of the API calls, transform logic, and any gateway or scheduled refresh settings.

Final delivery is a fully functioning dashboard hosted in our environment, along with the underlying ETL/ELT code, a brief hand-off session, and post-deployment support long enough to verify that the live numbers reconcile with PioneerRx and our claims reports.
