Phonely.ai Halo PSA Integration

I need phonely.ai wired into our Halo PSA CRM so every inbound or outbound call automatically opens a new ticket in Halo, pre-filled with the caller’s details and the call metadata. The essentials are:

• Capture caller ID, time-stamp, duration and, where available, the call recording link coming from phonely.ai.
• Match the number to an existing Halo PSA contact; if no match is found, create the contact on the fly before the ticket is raised.
• Post the data to Halo PSA through its REST API so the ticket appears in the correct queue with a clear subject line and the full call log in the description field.
• Provide a brief setup document outlining any webhooks configured in phonely.ai, the field mapping you applied, and how to adjust it in future.

A straightforward, reliable workflow is all I’m after—no extra analytics or reports for now. If you have worked with either Halo PSA’s API or phonely.ai webhooks before, that’s a plus.
