Project Overview
This SOW is focused on converting Starter Plan (free) to Pro Plan (pay) version.

Due Date: June 12, 2026
Duration: 15 - 18 hours

Independent Contractor Experience Requirements
Full Stack Developer with 6 - 10 years of experience using Lovable/Vercel Frontend UI framework (visual editor, JavaScript, CSS); Very Strong Supabase + Postres + Auth + Row Level Security repository, GitHub and Resend knowledge; MVP launch experience (very important); Comfortable working with pre-existing codebase framework; Clear communication (English).

Scope of Work
Contractor must be able to hit the deck running and work as part of a team to complete Milestone 5 for this project. The Pro Plan goals are:

Launch Starter Plan and monitor progress - Due date: May 28, 2026
Implement Merge Plan
Implement multi-location capability in Change Request process
Add states
Setup User (subscribers) Invoicing system

This is a short term assignment with long term potential for other Milestones. All Freelancers are required to sign an Independent Contractual Agreement.

Milestone 5 - PHASE 2 — IEP SaaS Starter Plan Conversion
1. Launch Starter Plan and monitor progress (PDF attachment)
Starter Plan has a domain connection problem. All other tasks related to Launcg should work but need confirmation as to their functionality.
Timeline: 2 hours - Due date: May 29, 2026
Tasks
Deploy production instance
Connect domain - the client and server don’t support a common SSL connection
Configure email flows
Create demo accounts
Create onboarding docs
Launch Starter Plan
Acceptance Criteria
Domain connection established
functional Starter Plan production version verified

2. Implement Merger Plan
Timeline: 6 hours
Tasks - PDF attachment
Acceptance Criteria

Test, Debug and fix all issues
Clean Process without errors

3. Implement Multi-location process in Change Request process
Timeline: 4 hours
Tasks
Review and apply Muli-location requirements - PDF attached
Acceptance Criteria
Test flows: create change request (mobile + desktop), accept via admin action, verify tasks update and that an email notification is triggered.

4. Update marketing emails with potential subscribers

Timeline: 2 hours
Tasks
Add states - NJ, DE, PA (East and West}, NYC (Boroughs), MA (Boston Area), IL (Chicago Area), GA (Atlanta Metro Area) and FL to resource Tables for search by location

Acceptance Criteria

Updated resource directory tables with: category, types and amenities

5. Setup User (subscribers) Invoicing process

Timeline: 3 hours
Acceptance Criteria
Process runs without errors
