Pharmacy Jotform–PioneerRx Auto-Fill Integration

I need an experienced developer to build an automation that connects
Jotform submissions with PioneerRx and auto-fills
patient/prescription-related fields to reduce manual entry in our
pharmacy workflow.
Scope of Work
Integrate Jotform form data with PioneerRx workflow/API (or approved
integration method)
Map and auto-fill required fields accurately (patient, prescriber,
medication/order data as applicable)
Add validation/error handling for missing or invalid form data
Prevent duplicate records and ensure safe update logic
Provide secure handling of PHI-sensitive data and best-practice logging
Deliver clear setup documentation and handover instructions
Requirements
Strong experience with API integrations and workflow automation
Experience with healthcare/pharmacy systems is a big plus
Ability to deliver clean, maintainable code and quick communication
Must be able to test end-to-end and provide a working demo

Source code / scripts / deployment steps
Field mapping documentation
Basic support for bug fixes after delivery
