Part-Time Django & React Developer
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I’m looking for reliable support on a part-time basis to move my product forward end-to-end. The stack is Django on the back and React on the front, so you’ll be jumping between API work, data models, and the React UI as needed. Everything you ship should be clean, well-tested, and committed through Git.
What you’ll actually do
• Tackle full stack development tasks: design or update Django views, models, and REST endpoints, then wire them into React components and hooks.
• Squash bugs and refactor pieces of the codebase when they slow us down.
• Collaborate with me over short stand-ups and async chat; push incremental PRs so reviews stay quick.
Acceptance criteria
• Code merges without breaking existing tests and includes new coverage where relevant.
• UI changes render correctly in the latest Chrome and Firefox.
• Backend endpoints meet the response shapes we agree on in advance and pass basic load checks.
If you’re comfortable context-switching between Python/Django and modern React, and have a few hours available most weekdays, let’s talk.
