PandaDoc-Excel Custom Integration Development

I need a custom integration built between PandaDoc and an Excel (or Google Sheets) quotation file.

We sell property units. We currently have an Excel file that contains all the formulas for pricing, discounts, payment plans, etc. We have 150 units, each with its own data and its own calculated pricing outputs.

Right now, we manually export the Excel as a PDF and then upload into PandaDoc. We want this automated.

WHAT I NEED BUILT:

A script or small backend that reads a specific row from the Excel or Google Sheet (each row = 1 unit).

The script must run the Excel formulas and return the final calculated numbers as JSON.

The script must connect to PandaDoc via API and auto-fill a PandaDoc template with these values (variables).

Inside PandaDoc, the sales team will select which unit they are quoting (e.g., A609), and the script should fetch the matching row and populate all fields automatically.

No PDFs. Everything must appear natively inside the PandaDoc template.

We need clean, simple documentation so we can update the Excel/Sheet without breaking the integration.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must work with PandaDoc API

Must accept a unit ID from PandaDoc

Must pull calculation results from Excel/Google Sheets

Must fill PandaDoc variables automatically

Must be reliable and fast

Developer must set up the environment (serverless preferred: AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Function, or similar)

DELIVERABLES:

A working script/API endpoint

Updated PandaDoc template with mapped fields

Fully automated data flow from Excel → PandaDoc

Documentation + instructions

NOTES:

DO NOT recreate the formulas in PandaDoc.

DO NOT create 150 PandaDoc products.

Excel/Google Sheets will remain the source of truth.

PandaDoc must remain the tool the team uses.
