PHP Script for Company Formation

I'm in need of a PHP script that will perform the process of UK company formation. It will take a company name, names of directors, etc, and then it will submit these details to companies house, to form the company. I will then read the API or email response and store the information in a database. The script should focus on document generation and management, with specific capabilities to create incorporation forms and contracts/agreement.
