PHP Developer Needed

I am looking for an experienced individual developer (no agencies) to assist with ongoing maintenance and new feature development for my website. The platform includes digital scratch-off style lottery tickets, QR code prize redemption, and SMS notifications via Twilio.

This role will involve small maintenance tasks (bug fixes, text/database updates, UI adjustments) as well as larger projects (new feature builds, integrations, and performance improvements).

• Minimum 5+ years of professional PHP development
• At least 3 years of hands-on CodeIgniter experience
• Strong skills with MySQL, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and responsive design
• Experience maintaining and improving existing codebases
• Ability to work independently and deliver clean, well-documented code
• Reliable communication and adherence to deadlines
• Proven Upwork track record (must have multiple successfully completed projects)

Requirements:

Project Scope:
• This is an ongoing position for the right developer.
• Initial tasks will focus on small maintenance and adjustments, with larger feature builds to follow.
• Expect anywhere from a few hours a week up to 20 hours depending on the task load.
