Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Subject Matter Expert with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
The role involves backend development, API integrations, system support, and ERP modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working across GL, AR, and OM modules and supporting live production environments.
Key Job Requirements:
Must have Exp: 5+ yrs in Oracle eSuite (AR/AP & OM module)
Must work as SME for Oracle eSuite focus on AR/AP & OM module
Must have expertise on Oracle eSuite to Develop & manage independently as SME
Must have Oracle DBA or Linux Administrator (shell scripting) experience (such as database architecture, SQL/PLSQL, backup & recovery, performance tuning, security, and system administration (especially Linux))
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and support PL/SQL packages, procedures, and database objects in Oracle EBS
Develop and support EBS APIs and Interfaces for Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
Develop and support inbound and outbound integrations using APIs, flat files, and middleware (e.g., Boomi)
Diagnose and resolve production issues, optimize application performance, and ensure system stability in live environments
Collaborate with business, integration, and reporting teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Contribute to ERP modernization efforts, including platform upgrades, integrations, and architectural improvements
Required Qualifications & Skills:
7+ years of Oracle EBS application development and support experience with strong Oracle PL/SQL expertise
Hands-on Oracle EBS backend development experience
Functional development experience with GL, AR, and OM
Experience with Concurrent Programs, EBS APIs, and Open Interfaces
Solid understanding of Oracle EBS data structures and accounting
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and ERP integration patterns
Familiarity with Unix/Linux shell scripting
Familiarity with tools such as TOAD, Oracle SQL Developer, Git, and VS Code
