Optimize BigBlueButton Rocket LMS Integration
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
BigBlueButton is already plugged into Rocket LMS, yet I still need someone to run a full health-check, fine-tune the configuration and then walk two team members through day-to-day management so we can roll out dozens of concurrent courses with confidence.
What I expect you to do
• Audit the current installation to confirm every BigBlueButton call is reaching Rocket LMS correctly, from course creation to automatic room set-up.
• Tweak or rebuild any settings that might affect meeting recording, live chat or screen-sharing performance. Smooth playback of recordings inside Rocket LMS is especially important.
• Produce a concise, step-by-step guide (screenshots or short screencast are welcome) and run a remote session with my two colleagues so they can schedule classes, control access and troubleshoot typical issues on their own.
Acceptance criteria
• A test course launches a BigBlueButton session directly from Rocket LMS without manual intervention.
• Recording, live chat and screen-sharing all work in that session and the recording appears back inside the course within expected time.
• My colleagues can repeat the process unaided during the hand-over call and feel confident managing future courses.
If you have solid experience with BigBlueButton API calls and have already integrated it into an LMS, I’d love to get this wrapped up quickly.
