ONDC Hyperlocal Logistics Platform
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
I’m building a hyper-local logistics layer that can service orders flowing through the official ONDC logistics network while also handling deliveries that originate outside of ONDC. In short, every parcel, grocery bag, or food order coming from my merchant apps should be routed to the closest rider, tracked end-to-end, and reported back—whether the order was placed on ONDC or through a separate channel.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A single dispatch engine that consumes ONDC Logistics APIs (Version 2.0 and above) yet remains flexible enough to plug in local carriers or my own fleet through REST/webhooks.
• Real-time status updates: accepted → picked up → in-transit → delivered, with location pings visible on a lightweight web dashboard.
• Smooth hand-off of payment and proof-of-delivery data back to the originating system (ONDC event bus or custom endpoint) so merchants always receive the correct fulfilment status.
• A concise API guide and basic deployment scripts (Docker or similar) so my in-house devs can extend or self-host the service later.
If you’ve already integrated with ONDC or similar national networks, that experience will help us move fast. Once you demonstrate an end-to-end flow for one pilot city, we’ll scale to additional neighborhoods and non-ONDC partners.

- -RESTAURANTS SHOULD BE ABLE TO MAKE A LOGISTIC SERVICE REQUEST IF REQUIRED WITHOUT BUYER APP BY ENTERING THE DESTINATION OF THE DELIVERY INDIVIDUALLY JUST LIKE RAPIDO PARCEL IF RESTAURANTS AND GROCERIES STORES GET ORDER FROM THEIR OWN PLATFORM
- adding heavy parcel option to divert them to 3-wheeler or four-wheeler vehicles
- -in my app not only two wheeler but also three wheeler or four wheeler taxi can be Start for parcel delivery the people who don't have motor vehicles or having cyclists or mopeds etc can also register for delivery for shorter distances
- -There should be an option for daily delivery of groceries and food items like milk, eggs, breakfast etc. If costumer's have subscribed for groceries or food delivery on a daily basis.
