Notion-WordPress Order Sync
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I keep all incoming orders in a Notion database that contains an e-mail, type, and status column for every row. On my WordPress site users register with the same e-mail address they used to place an order. I need code (a small plugin or a snippet placed in a custom plugin/child theme) that will:
• Read the Notion database through the public API on a schedule or web-hook so the sync runs automatically without any manual trigger.
• Match the e-mail field in each newly created row against the WordPress user table.
• Store only the order’s type and status locally and surface just those two values on a simple front-end page that the logged-in user can see.
• Keep all tokens, database IDs, and secrets server-side—nothing must be exposed in the page source.
• Operate with a free Notion account and without Zapier or other paid connectors.
Deliverables
1. A working WordPress integration (plugin or child-theme module) that performs the automated sync and output described above.
2. Clear installation and configuration instructions so I can re-enter keys locally if they ever need to be rotated.
3. A brief note on how long the first sync takes and how often the job runs thereafter.
There is no need to e-mail, pop-up, or otherwise notify users; showing the data on demand inside their dashboard is enough. Please let me know the estimated turnaround time and a fixed-price quote for everything listed, including at least one short hand-off call or screen-share so I can see the integration working before final sign-off.
