Next-Gen EV Charger Management
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
I’m rolling out a new generation of eco-friendly EV charging stations and need a full-featured management platform built from scratch.
Here’s what the first release must do for me:
• Energy usage monitoring for every session and charger
• Remote control—start, stop, reboot and schedule charging
• Secure user authentication
Role-based access is essential. Administrators configure the network and view global analytics, end-users simply authenticate and charge, while maintenance staff receive real-time diagnostics and alerts.
The platform must also talk seamlessly to our existing energy-management system through open, well-documented APIs so we can optimise load and incorporate on-site renewables. REST/JSON is preferred, but I’m open to proven alternatives if they shorten development time or improve reliability.
Deliverables
• Architecture and tech-stack proposal
• MVP implementing the three core functions on an OCPP-compatible simulator
• EMS integration with full API documentation
• Role-based access control for the three user groups
• Containerised deployment guide plus basic test scripts
Acceptance criteria
1. Consumption data arrives in our EMS within 200 ms.
2. Remote commands execute on a test charger in <1 s.
3. Authentication follows OAuth2 or OpenID Connect standards.
Let me know your questions, recommended tools, or past work that proves you can take this from concept to a rock-solid, production-ready solution.
I full test of minimum 3 weeks will be have to conducted before releasing the payment and if find and bugs will be have to fix this is a long term project and we only a start-up so any help will be much appreciated
