I’m building a full-scale arcade-sim racer inspired by NFS: Most Wanted (2005) and I need a studio or experienced team to take it from concept to playable release on PC and current-gen consoles.

Core vision
• Heart-pounding pursuits with AI cops, an open world city plus off-road zones, and the full catalogue of race types—from classic street sprints to speedtrap, drift, drag, circuit, sprint, tollbooth, and dedicated off-road events.
• Live wagering layered over every competitive mode. Players link a FanDuel or DraftKings account, place real-money bets before the flag drops, and see dynamic odds update with leaderboard movement; higher season rank means bigger payout multipliers.
• Deep visual and performance customisation: wide-body kits, liveries, dyno-tuning, engine swaps, NOS balancing—every part down to rim paint and headlight tint.

Modes & connectivity
Single-player career with a story-driven blacklist, split-screen multiplayer for couch battles, and full online lobbies so friends can jump into private or public races. Cross-platform matchmaking is strongly preferred to keep the community together.

Technical expectations
• Unreal-Engine-quality visuals (any comparable engine welcome as long as you can deliver PBR materials, night/day cycles, rain, and believable vehicle physics).
• Robust netcode, anti-cheat, and a wagering API layer that satisfies US regulatory requirements. I will facilitate the legal paperwork; you handle secure implementation.
• Scalable build system so we can push frequent seasonal updates and cosmetic drops.

Deliverables
1. Game design document outlining mechanics, economy, and betting flow.
2. Vertical-slice prototype demonstrating one race, police AI, and working real-money bet settlement in a sandbox environment.
3. Alpha on PC, followed by console certification builds.
4. Live-ops tools, telemetry hooks, and post-launch support roadmap.

Acceptance criteria will be tied to each milestone (physics fidelity, FPS targets on target hardware, transaction security tests, etc.) and reviewed collaboratively.
