Multichannel Ticket Automation API Integration -- 2

I run a PerfectPanel installation and I’m ready to move beyond manual support work. My goal is to build an AI-driven workflow, plugged into PerfectPanel Admin API V2, that automatically:

• Reads and replies to tickets created in PerfectPanel
• Listens for incoming messages on WhatsApp and Telegram and turns them into tickets when needed
• Collects the key request details (order IDs, external IDs, any meta we define) and stores or forwards them for reporting

Here is what I need from you:

1. A secure, documented integration that authenticates against PerfectPanel Admin API V2 and the chosen messaging gateways.
2. Logic that routes each incoming message to the right place—replying, creating or updating a ticket, or escalating if human input is required.
3. A lightweight data-store or direct hand-off so I can export all captured fields for later analysis.
4. Clean, commented code plus a short setup guide so I can deploy or extend it myself.
