Multi‑tenant SaaS — Deploy + Metrics Verification (MRR ≥ $2,500) + Marketplace Listing

We are looking for a skilled full‑stack developer to execute a very specific mandate on an already developed multi‑tenant SaaS.

Scope of Work:
- Deploy a demo instance with HTTPS/SSL.
- Run provided seed and verification scripts to simulate tenants and subscriptions until MRR ≥ $2,500.
- Mount and verify the `/api/metrics` endpoint with SHA‑256 signature.
- Integrate the metrics widget into the dashboard and capture screenshots.
- Generate JSON verification reports + SHA‑256 hashes and move them into the structured Data Room.
- Record a 60‑second demo video (login → metrics widget → tenants → `/api/metrics`).
- Complete one‑pager and pitch deck (templates provided) with real screenshots.
- Publish listings on Acquire (priority) and Flippa (backup) with demo URL, attachments, and hashes.
- Deliver final listing links.

Definition of Done (DoD):
- `/api/metrics` returns MRR ≥ $2,500.
- Verification reports + SHA‑256 hashes are present in the Data Room.
- Screenshots and 60s demo video delivered.
- Listings live on Acquire and Flippa with demo URL and attachments.

Milestones & Payments (escrow, fixed price):
- 30% → Online demo + technical verification + hashes.
- 50% → Complete Data Room + final marketing assets.
- 20% → Listings published (Acquire + Flippa) + links delivered.

Requirements:
- NDA and acknowledgment of receipt (templates included).
- Strict execution of the master package and checklists (no improvisation).
- Clear communication and evidence delivery at each milestone.
