Multi-Platform Vehicle Compliance App
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need an end-to-end mobile and desktop application that keeps commercial-vehicle paperwork from slipping through the cracks. The same code-base should compile cleanly for iOS, Android, and Windows so every stakeholder can work on whichever device is handy.
Core workflow
• Admin, Vehicle Owner, and RTO Agent each log in to their own dashboard.
• A vehicle record is created once, then supporting documents are uploaded or scanned directly from the phone.
• The system keeps track of every time-bound requirement—FC, insurance, state or national permit, road tax, PUC, GPS/VLT/AIS-140 devices, fire-extinguisher checks, driver licence and badge renewals—and stores the next due date alongside a digital copy.
• When a date is approaching, the owner and any assigned RTO Agent receive an in-app alert plus an SMS and WhatsApp message. Admin sees the same warnings in a consolidated panel.
I’m happy with mainstream cross-platform stacks such as Flutter, React Native, or Xamarin so long as performance is smooth and the Windows build installs without side-loading. A lightweight web API with a secure SQL or NoSQL backend is fine; just make sure it scales.
Deliverables
1. Source code with clear build instructions for all three platforms.
2. Simple cloud or on-premise deployment guide for the backend.
3. Tested notification workflows (SMS, in-app, WhatsApp) showing sample messages firing at configurable intervals.
4. One-page user guide for each role.
Acceptance
• A fresh install lets me add a vehicle, set an expiry two minutes into the future, and watch all three notification channels trigger.
• Admin exports an Excel or CSV compliance report from the dashboard without errors.
• App passes app-store review for iOS and Android and installs via standard MSI on Windows.
