Multi-Platform E-Commerce AI Automation
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a single AI-driven system that can log in to Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, Meesho and Ajio, then handle day-to-day store tasks without my constant oversight.
Here’s what matters most to me:
• Price tracking – The bot should watch my competitors and my own listings, capture price changes in real time and flag opportunities to raise or lower prices automatically or after human approval.
• Order management – As soon as an order appears, I want labels downloaded, shipping updates pushed, cancellations handled and tracking numbers synced back to every marketplace.
• Product listing – Bulk upload new SKUs or edit existing ones from one master catalogue, including images, descriptions and compliance attributes each site requires.
• Returns & replacements – Automatically approve or reject requests based on preset rules, generate pickup slips and restock or dispose inventory as needed.
• P&L dashboard – Consolidate sales, fees, ad spend and logistics charges from every platform into a single profit-and-loss view I can filter by date range, SKU or marketplace.
Acceptance criteria
1. A secure, credential-safe method (OAuth/API or browser automation with secret vault) for each marketplace.
2. UI or API endpoint where I can adjust rules for pricing, returns and alerts.
3. Logs for every automated action and the ability to fall back to manual intervention.
4. Deployment on my own server or a cloud instance I control, with source code and documentation.
I’m open to the tech stack, though Python, Selenium, Playwright, FastAPI and a React or Vue front end are familiar to my team. Whichever tools you choose, reliability and easy maintenance are critical.
