Multi-Company QR Guard Patrol web + Android App
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a complete guard-tour solution that lets several independent client companies run their patrols from one shared system.
On the web side I will create companies, upload sites, generate QR checkpoint tags and assign guards or supervisors. The Android companion app must let each guard sign in quickly with a one-time SMS code tied to their mobile number (no email/password). When they reach a checkpoint they scan the QR code, the app grabs their GPS coordinates in real time and syncs the hit straight back to the web dashboard. Guards can also file an incident on the spot, attaching photos, notes or voice if possible.
Because the platform will be shared by multiple companies, roles and data must stay completely isolated—managers only see their own guards, sites, reports and incidents, while I keep an overall super-admin view.
Deliverables
• Responsive web dashboard (admin + company views)
• Production-ready Android app (APK + Play-ready bundle) with QR scanning, live GPS logging and incident reporting
• REST or GraphQL API that both layers use, documented for future extensions
• Source code, build/run instructions and a brief hand-over call
Acceptance criteria
• Guard scan appears on dashboard within 5 seconds on a 4G connection
• GPS accuracy recorded (±10 m or better) and visible in reports
• Company A’s users and data are not accessible to Company B in any way
