I need a web-based booking management platform built specifically for my B2B travel network. The system must let agents search, price, reserve, pay for and ticket Flight bookings, Hotel reservations, Rail bookings and Bus services from a single, unified interface.
Key expectations
• Agents, sub-agents and admin roles with individual log-ins and mark-up control
• Live availability and pricing pulled from our existing supplier APIs, with automated confirmation emails and vouchers
• Secure payment gateway hooks and the option to record offline payments so that reporting stays accurate
• A clean dashboard showing recent transactions, outstanding payments and basic sales analytics
Deliverables
– Responsive web application deployed to our cloud host
– API documentation for both supplier connections and future client integrations
– Source code with build/run instructions
– Concise user manual covering day-to-day booking flows and admin tasks
Final acceptance: I will run end-to-end test bookings for flights, hotels, rail and bus; each must complete successfully, reflect correct mark-ups and generate the corresponding ticket or voucher without manual intervention.
